The Tulsa Engineering Challenge promotes our youth's interest in science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics (STEAM) students and careers with an annual challenge event featuring engineering design based competitions and exhibits.

The 2023 Tulsa Engineering Challenge was held on March 3, 2023 at the Tulsa Fairgrounds.  This year's theme was Creating the Future.  The event was a hand-on opportunity for youth 4th - 12th grades to explore problem solving, designing and construction of devices that accomplish tasks.  It was a fun day for our students and completed in events such as the Extreme Engineering Challenge, Paper Airplane distance, paper airplane duration, aluminum boats, academic Olympiad.  Braydon Anderson placed 1st place in paper airplane duration.  Tristin Stedman placed 1st place in aluminum boat challenge.
