ATTENTION PARENTS OF CHEROKEE STUDENTS!! If you have not provided a copy of your student's Cherokee Registry card, please do so quickly. In order for your student to be eligible for JOM funding and for our Cherokee Student Count, we must have a copy of their registry card. One of the most important components of the JOM program is parent involvement. This October, parnets of JOM eligible students will have the opportunity to get involved in the development of the JOM program at their schools.
Elections for the JOM Indian Education Committee will be held October 18, 2023 at the Chelsea Schools Superintendent's office beginning at 6:00 PM.
To serve on the JOM IEC, a person must be the parent or guardian of a JOM verified child. School board members or spouses and school employees or spouses can not serve on the committee.

CPS is aware of the PSO planned power outage Wed, Sep 20 from 6-8 AM. We will have school beginning at our regularly scheduled time. Child nutrition has a plan to provide breakfast options. Please be patient, we will be without school phones while power is out.
All Grades/All Sites PK-12 Students "New" to Chelsea Public Schools Enrollment date is August 1st, 1:00-6:00 @ CHS Commons AreaStudents who have been attending Chelsea will receive a packet on the first day of classes (August 17th). That packet must be returned by Monday, August 21st. ATTENTION: Current student schedules and teacher class lists will be available during "Open House/Meet the Teacher" night on August 15th from 6:00-8:00.

Tuesday, April 4th, Chelsea Public Schools will be having a bond election for the construction of the Chelsea Multi Activity Center (CMAC), new restroom and concession facilities at the football and softball fields, and renovations to the current agriculture barn and the track and field facility. The Oklahoma Caring Van will be here on Thursday, March 23rd. They will be at Longfellow ELC from 9:30-11:30 AM and at the HS/MS from 12:00-2:00 PM. Any student who is in need of any immunizations may utilize this service. Please contact the school office for more information.
