Thursday March 23rd from 12-2 the caring van will be in the upper MS / HS Parking lot for students to receive their meningitis vaccine and any other vaccines identified as needed.
Students will need to pick up a form from Mrs. Pam and have it with them the day of. For those under 18, both sides must be filled out with parent/guardian signature. Those 18 and over can sign for themselves.
