Second Grade field trip to Dusty's Adventure Farm for the pumpkin patch was a huge success! Here are a few pictures from their adventures that have been sent in so far. Share your adventures with us. Send to agesocialmedia@chelseadragons.net and we will get another post up by Monday.

Scavenger Hunt launches tomorrow. There are ten locations who reached out to us and want to participate. The idea is that families spend some quality time together in our community. Art Goad will be your first location. If you have any issues, please message Mrs. Morgan. I did several practice runs and everything was working. Scan the QR code and get your detective skills ready! If you need a hint, zoom in close for the address.
There is one location that is doing a drawing for something pretty cool! There's an option to click the link and fill out a form to be entered in. If that doesn't work please email kmorgan@chelseadragons.net to be entered. You must say what the drawing is for so I know you have been hunting!
Have fun, take pics, and share. Scavenger hunt will end October 25th.

Thank you, Chelsea Fire Department, for inviting us to the station.

We are incredibly grateful to the Cherokee Nation Fire Rescue for visiting our school and teaching our students about fire safety. They went above and beyond by generously providing goodie bags for all the students. When I initially talked to them in July to schedule the visit, I provided one head count, but our student numbers grew. Fortunately, when I updated them on Tuesday, they quickly accommodated the increase and brought additional goodie bags for everyone. These were a sweet surprise! The visit was a fantastic experience that even brought back memories for our teachers, especially seeing Smokey the Bear again! We couldn't be prouder of our students, who represented Art Goad with excellence. Mrs. Morgan
