Reminder: Any student who is enrolled in athletics will NOT be allowed to practice until a physical has been turned in to the office. Students who do not have a physical turned in by August 25th will be removed from athletics and placed in a new class. If you have any questions, please call the middle school office at 789-2521.

Students who would like to be considered for the Alternative Learning Academy at CHS will need to pick up an application from the high school office and get it filled out at their earliest convenience.

Important Information: Students who are enrolled in Northeast Tech will start school on Thursday August 10th! Claremore morning students will be picked up at 7:30AM and dropped off at 12:05PM. Afternoon students will be picked up at 12:05PM and dropped off at 4:10PM Pryor morning students will be picked up at 7:25AM and dropped off at 12:20PM. Afternoon students will be picked up at 11:30AM and dropped off at 4:10PM

Middle school students (6th, 7th and 8th) who plan to participate in any athletic program (football, basketball, etc.) MUST have a sports physical turned in prior to participating in any practice.

Art Goad Elementary Open House/Meet the Teacher night will be Tuesday, August 15 from 6 to 8 PM. Meet the teachers, see your classroom, and drop off supplies.

There will be a Junior/Senior parents informational meeting on Tuesday August 15th from 6:30-7:00 in the High School commons area during Open House and a Freshman/Sophomore parents informational meeting from 7:15-7:45 as well in the same location.

The Chelsea High School student handbook committee met in May to propose changes to our current student handbook. The changes were approved at the July board meeting. There is a link to the handbook included with areas of emphasis and changes highlighted. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the high school office.
